Peace, what the Bible says

  • The Lord look upon you kindly and give you peace ! (Numbers 6, 26)

  • May the Lord bless his people with peace ! (Psalm 29, 11)

  • Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it. (Psalm 34, 15)

  • I will listen for what God, the Lord, has to say ; surely he will speak of peace To his people and to his faithful. May they not turn to foolishness ! (Psalm 85, 9)

  • Lord, you will ordain peace for us, for you have indeed done for us all our works. (Isaiah 26, 12)
